Please read our REFUND POLICY BELOW before requesting a refund.  We will only carry out a refund in accordance with our terms below.  Once you have submitted your form we will contact you within 3 working days to conclude your request.

Our Refund Policy

Once you have registered and paid for your test, we will confirm your test within 3 working days. You will be entitled to a full refund for the following reasons:

  • If we are unable to confirm your test within 3 workings days and you have decided to cancel your test before receiving your official test confirmation from us.
  • If we are unable to confirm your original chosen test date or location.

If we have sent your official test confirmation and  you decide to cancel your test, the following conditions will apply, For cancellations that incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be retained by CSL and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

  • For tests cancelled within 14 days of purchase, a full refund minus £45 for centre administration costs.
  •  For tests cancelled up to 72 hours before your official test  confirmation  date, 50% of the original fee will be retained by us and we will refund you the remaining 50%
  •  For tests cancelled in less than 72 hours before your official test confirmation date no refund will be given.
In cases of emergency (e.g. illness or injury, close family bereavement, being subject to a crime or accident, or a commitment such as military service), we may make an exception as to where a cancellation fee will be charged.  Official documentation (such as from a qualified doctor, lawyer, public authority, etc.) must be provided, in English, for any exception to be considered.
  • Please note refund can take up to 14 days to show up on your account.
